Austrey Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) 2023 - 2024 
 

The original Austrey Neighbourhood Plan was approved by a majority of voters in the Parish of Austrey in a referendum held on 4th May, 2017. It was approved by 87.5% of voters (314) and opposed by 11.5% (41).

In January 2022, Austrey Parish Council started the process of updating the Neighbourhood Plan. A Housing Needs Survey was commissioned in the same year, and the results can be found here.

A village steering committee was formed in 2023 and a review of the original plan is now underway.
